Nosara Heights is set to become an intimate community of approximately 30-40 residents. It will be officially governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA agreement will be meticulously crafted by our founding partner with key input from early buyers.

As soon as a preliminary draft of the HOA bylaws is prepared, we will readily share it with both existing homeowners and prospective residents who are genuinely interested in joining our community.
